PROJECT Z7

Independent Z7 Resources

A Z7 resource resolves and presents number profiles while adding services suited to its own users.

Shared identity

Resources should resolve the same number to compatible identity information.

Different experiences

Layout, search, local policy, language and available services may differ.

Visible provenance

Users should be able to distinguish profile content, verification and local resource data.

Provider independence

No single portal, app, wallet or marketplace should redefine the number.

Versioned contracts

Schemas, capabilities and errors need stable versions and conformance tests.

Resource innovation

New communication, commerce and specialist services can be added without replacing the number.

Layered architecture

The shared identity layer should contain only information that requires common agreement. High-volume media, conversations, rankings, prices, analytics and application-specific records can remain in independent systems while their relationship to the number stays understandable.

Resource responsibilities

A compatible resource should show the number, relevant status, provenance and freshness. It may add search, commerce, communication or specialist tools, but it must not redefine ownership or make local data appear network-authoritative.

Different interfaces, one reference

A marketplace, community portal, device interface and professional directory may present the same profile differently. Interoperability requires stable contracts and verifiable state, not identical visual design.
