A user may purchase and use a Z7 Number Profile on the platform without performing a Network Claim. The optional claim adds a separate network-level assignment to a Z7 Wallet under the applicable network rules.
Compatible resources may expose claim status, wallet assignment and network-recognized verification. The claim does not automatically prove every real-world statement published in the profile; provenance and attestations remain necessary.
A Network Claim is relevant when portable network control, independent verification or cross-resource assignment is required. It should be presented as an explicit owner choice with clear confirmation and recovery implications.
