3. Build
Add profile content, contact channels, media, documents and service endpoints.

Open the same number across compatible websites, apps and services.
5. Extend
Optionally create a Network Claim for Z7 Wallet assignment and network verification.
System vocabulary
A profile represents a defined subject. The profile owner manages the platform lifecycle; controllers may receive limited capabilities; manifests and service references describe owner-authorized content; resources resolve and present the profile for their own purpose.
Resolution sequence
- Normalize the entered number or query.
- Identify the relevant profile or network context.
- Retrieve current status and configured references.
- Verify authority, provenance and freshness where the operation requires it.
- Return structured information and add resource-local presentation.
Visible states
Interfaces should distinguish available, active, pending, suspended, disputed, stale and temporarily unavailable states. A missing result must not be presented as verified absence when the resolver is unavailable.
